30-Day Return Policy
What You Can Return
Eligible for Return:
- Unworn sunglasses in original condition
- Optical frames without prescription lenses installed
- Unused accessories (cases, cleaning cloths)
- Items with original tags and packaging intact
Not Eligible for Return:
- Sunglasses or optical frames that show signs of wear
- Prescription eyeglasses with custom lenses already installed
- Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
- Sale items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance – No Returns”
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized eyewear
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at within 30 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional but helpful)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We’ll send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions within 24 hours.
Step 3: Pack Your Return
- Place items in original packaging with all accessories
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
Step 4: Ship Your Return
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Keep your tracking number for your records
- Returns typically take 5-10 business days to arrive at our facility
Step 5: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but sometimes damage can occur during transit.
What to Do:
- Inspect your package immediately upon delivery
- Take photos of the damage (box and product)
- Contact us within 48 hours
- Include your order number and photos
We Will:
- Provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Send a replacement item immediately (if in stock)
- Issue a full refund including original shipping costs
- Work with the carrier to file an insurance claim
No need to return damaged items immediately – wait for our instructions first.
Exchanges
We gladly offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or styles.
How to Exchange:
Option 1: Direct Exchange

- Let us know what item you’d like to exchange for
- We’ll send you the new item and a prepaid return label
- Send back the original item using the provided label
Option 2: Return & Reorder
- Return your original item for a refund
- Place a new order for the item you want
- This is faster if you need the new item urgently
Exchange Shipping:
- We cover shipping on the replacement item
- You cover return shipping (unless item is defective)

Can I return sunglasses if I've worn them outside?
We accept returns on gently tried-on sunglasses. However, items showing significant wear, scratches, or damage cannot be returned for a full refund.
What if I lost the original case or accessories?
Returns should include all original accessories. Missing items may result in a partial refund deduction.
Can I return a gift?
Yes! The recipient can return the item for store credit or exchange. Refunds go to the original purchaser’s payment method.
How long do I have to return optical frames if I haven't added lenses yet?
You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn optical frames in original condition.
What if my sunglasses broke after a few weeks of normal use?
Contact us! While normal wear isn’t covered, manufacturing defects are. We’ll evaluate your case and may offer a warranty replacement.
Can I return a gift?

Warranty Information
All WomensSpace eyewear includes a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Covered:
- Broken frames due to manufacturing defect
- Loose or defective hinges
- Lens coating defects
- Hardware issues (screws, nose pads)
Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches from improper care
- Damage from accidents or misuse
- Lost or stolen items
